How to crush flax seeds?

Bought a 1.5 lb bag of em today...been using olive oil for efa's....was wondering how you guys crush 'em up into powder....i tried two spoons but it didn't work too well.

After you run out, just buy ground flax meal....

Yea look for milled flax seed but a coffee grinder works for the whole seed
