Good Luck!

B fold - if you are reading this you better be eating, because i just downed a choc/vanilla triple threat shake with milk, chicken breast and sweet potato, so watch out, only 90+ pounds before i catch you !

I typically create a super shake after i am finished training. This typically consists of 2 cups of skim milk, 1 cup of yogurt, 1 banana, 4 TBSP of Canola Oil, some protein powder, and malt. Like B Fold Said. . you got to eat!

don't think my frame could hold 300 lbs personally :)

but if SHane Hamman who is the same height as me, 5'9" can get to 350lbs and still dunk the ball I may have a chance, but he can squat over 1000lbs....

Bfold - You and I have disagreed about this always. However, I understand why you eat so much given your sport, but for a bodybuilder, especially a natural one, it makes no sense to gain that much bodyfat.

As a bodybuilder, I don't care to delude myself with big numbers on the scale. I could be 250lbs and 25% body fat, or I could just be 200lbs at 6-7% and have the exact same strength and lean mass.

For you, you'll obviously gain more muscle by eating more, and consequently you would lose of that some by dieting the fat off, so I would never expect you to want to risk that by leaning out. But, can you understand how for the rest of us eating that much is fairly useless?

I think if a person wants to stay natural, then eating a lot is the answer to gaining lots of weight. I have a pretty fast metabolism and I am not affraid to a couple of fat pounds to my frame. I don't see how a person can't get stronger without gaining a little bit of bodyfat.

while I'm not strong in absolute terms, I've definitely gotten bigger and stronger without adding any fat. adding 5 lbs or 1 extra rep every workout is a good sign of that
