Business and leadership are not about metaphors. They are about doing things, just dong them. Leadership is the WHAT without the WHY. WHY is the question that people ask when they fail or when they cannot understand what they should be doing.

Take care of the WHAT's. Do what is asked of you. Demand the same of your people. Take no excuses. Don't ask WHY. Ask WHAT, and then do it.
