How to beat any drug test

They test for creatinine levels. Supposedly, if you take a lot of creatine while diluting your urine, while also taking vitamins to produce the dark color, the concentration comes up as within their parameters.

Hero,
Creatinine and creatine are entirely different. Creatinine is released during cell damage and cell repair( I may be wrong but it is something like that) Creatine is secondary to ATP in providing muscle energy

Knowledgable people have told me that by taking in creatine while diluting your urine sample will allow it to test within concentration parameters. Perhaps it is just creatine levels.

Interesting. I wasn't aware that you yourself would have to cough up the dough to get tested if you were on probation for AAS. I wonder if Nautica has to pay when he gets tested?

Yes they are totally different, BUT, if you increase your intake of red meat which has creatine in it. Then it will spike your CREATININE levels. I have had my creatinine levels check before and after the intake of meat and it does help. Due to the fact that your urine is diluted, your creatinine levels will not show to be spiked but in normal range.

And as far as the vitamins. A smart tester will know that you have taken vitamins, due to the bright color. So it is not that important. People do have clear urine at times.

Also, do not push the limits just b/c you passed it this time. Yes it was an AAS test. But alot of times the NCAA will take your sample and not even test it. It is a money thing. They will selectively test to save money.

I am not having to pay, but they hit me with a $3000 fine, which I am sure is going toward that.

Damn bro, ou are lucky. That would add insult to injury to have to pay for all you have been through, a monthl fee of $300!

One other thing on testing that I want to comment on.

In the past we have always believed that there are 2 test performed the first being the t/e ratio and if that is over 6:1 then they will test for metabolites.

As of late, I have recieved some info and that may not neccessarily be true with the NCAA anymore. It seems that the test for metabolites and the t/e ratio can be ran at the same time for the same price.

This could be cause for concern for those that are using AAS other than testosterone. SO BE CAREFUL. I will do some research and check with some more labs to see what I can find out.

Nautica

And one more thing, while diluting your urine will help keep the metabolites from showing up on a test, I doubt that it would affect a t/e ratio. From what I have gathered, it will either be testable or untestable.

fellas (nautica in particular)
Loading up on red meat and creatine before a test in order to try and beat the cuttoff point for a diluted test will do nothing on either IOC or NCAA tests. Both testing methods quickly analyze the specific gravity of the urine specimen. If it is too close to 1 (the specific gravity of pure water) you have to produce another sample. Temperature is taken as well, to prevent someone from bringing in another sample, and to prevent athletes from having the specimen in their controll for too much time. Anything below 96 degrees, and you will be asked to give another sample. Diluted piss also loses it's temperature quicker than urine with more body impurities, so this is another way that they'll catch you if you try and just drink a bunch of water the night before the test. From the time you give your sample, to the time you sit down with the official, split the specimen into two containers and then fill one medicine droppers worth for the gravity/temp check, diluted piss will probably allready be below 96 degrees. Time to pee again. Doesn't really matter, because it probably wouldn't pass the specific gravity test anyway. These are IOC/NCAA procedures. The NCAA might give dummy tests (which I personally don't believe), but I can assure you that the IOC does not. You might be able to get away with some dipshit employers test, but the others are much smarter than the average bear. Also 300$ for a test...must have been a really simple test because IOC and NCAA tests cost over a thousand dollars per crack. I can't get a straight answer from anyone on how much exacly, but it's much more than 300$.

Dilution goes back to my fathers day.....

That trick is the oldest in the book. If yo were taking a real drug test they would have caught you. Diluted urine is very easy to detect. Whover gave you the test was turning their head I assure you. The only ways to really beat a *real* urinalisis is to 1) Take whatever IS NOT on the banned sbstance list, 2) Use probenecid to mask the steroids, but they also test for this drug too, so really its worthless. 3) Clean out about 3 months out before getting tested. Aside from Deca (nandralone decanoate), you should be in the clear. 4) Use Human growth hormone, as much as you want, it is undetectable.
