How to beat any drug test

justwannagetsum

New member
I beat an AAS test a few months ago. Here is the drill:
Lets say you are taking the test at 5:00 PM, around 1:00 PM, you start drinking water. Down at least 4 liters by 2:00 PM. Then drink 1/2 to 1 liter an hour until test time. Also, (I didnt do this but should have) Get a bottle of B complex vitamins (I think its B). Pop a few ever hour from the time you wake up that day until test time. This will color your urine. Make sure you piss as many times as possible from the time you start guzzling H2O until test time, if possible, pee right before you test. This does feel very uncomfortable, and you will piss like never before. But you will beat the test. At least I did.
-Maybe the mods should make this a sticky

Maybe you didn't get a real test. Some of the NCAA tests are dummy tests. Sure-fire ways to beat the tests can be beaten out of Nautica. He's very reluctant to release his secrets, but he can help. J/J Nautica

It was real, not NCAA. I had to pay $350 bucks too!!! what a waste!

Everything you said is right on, however a better lab would have kicked back your sample as diluted. And it still is no guarantee that you're going to pass.

fuck you must have been pissing every 10min
just about

That is a good point

NCAA tests immediately for concentration of urine. They test for creatinine levels. Supposedly, if you take a lot of creatine while diluting your urine, while also taking vitamins to produce the dark color, the concentration comes up as within their parameters. If you don't produce a urine sample within thier parameters of concentration, they make you stay there until you produce one.

Why would "you" have to pay for an AS test?
That's personal. And one could be in all kinds of situations that they have to pay for urine tests.
-Probation for AAS
-You're a doctor suspected of AAS use and you want to keep your license
-you're a lwayer " "
etc etc

Hero,
Creatinine and creatine are entirely different. Creatinine is released during cell damage and cell repair( I may be wrong but it is something like that) Creatine is secondary to ATP in providing muscle energy

Knowledgable people have told me that by taking in creatine while diluting your urine sample will allow it to test within concentration parameters. Perhaps it is just creatine levels.

Interesting. I wasn't aware that you yourself would have to cough up the dough to get tested if you were on probation for AAS. I wonder if Nautica has to pay when he gets tested?

Yes they are totally different, BUT, if you increase your intake of red meat which has creatine in it. Then it will spike your CREATININE levels. I have had my creatinine levels check before and after the intake of meat and it does help. Due to the fact that your urine is diluted, your creatinine levels will not show to be spiked but in normal range.

And as far as the vitamins. A smart tester will know that you have taken vitamins, due to the bright color. So it is not that important. People do have clear urine at times.

Also, do not push the limits just b/c you passed it this time. Yes it was an AAS test. But alot of times the NCAA will take your sample and not even test it. It is a money thing. They will selectively test to save money.

I am not having to pay, but they hit me with a $3000 fine, which I am sure is going toward that.

Damn bro, ou are lucky. That would add insult to injury to have to pay for all you have been through, a monthl fee of $300!

One other thing on testing that I want to comment on.

In the past we have always believed that there are 2 test performed the first being the t/e ratio and if that is over 6:1 then they will test for metabolites.

As of late, I have recieved some info and that may not neccessarily be true with the NCAA anymore. It seems that the test for metabolites and the t/e ratio can be ran at the same time for the same price.

This could be cause for concern for those that are using AAS other than testosterone. SO BE CAREFUL. I will do some research and check with some more labs to see what I can find out.

Nautica

And one more thing, while diluting your urine will help keep the metabolites from showing up on a test, I doubt that it would affect a t/e ratio. From what I have gathered, it will either be testable or untestable.

fellas (nautica in particular)
Loading up on red meat and creatine before a test in order to try and beat the cuttoff point for a diluted test will do nothing on either IOC or NCAA tests. Both testing methods quickly analyze the specific gravity of the urine specimen. If it is too close to 1 (the specific gravity of pure water) you have to produce another sample. Temperature is taken as well, to prevent someone from bringing in another sample, and to prevent athletes from having the specimen in their controll for too much time. Anything below 96 degrees, and you will be asked to give another sample. Diluted piss also loses it's temperature quicker than urine with more body impurities, so this is another way that they'll catch you if you try and just drink a bunch of water the night before the test. From the time you give your sample, to the time you sit down with the official, split the specimen into two containers and then fill one medicine droppers worth for the gravity/temp check, diluted piss will probably allready be below 96 degrees. Time to pee again. Doesn't really matter, because it probably wouldn't pass the specific gravity test anyway. These are IOC/NCAA procedures. The NCAA might give dummy tests (which I personally don't believe), but I can assure you that the IOC does not. You might be able to get away with some dipshit employers test, but the others are much smarter than the average bear. Also 300$ for a test...must have been a really simple test because IOC and NCAA tests cost over a thousand dollars per crack. I can't get a straight answer from anyone on how much exacly, but it's much more than 300$.

Dilution goes back to my fathers day.....

That trick is the oldest in the book. If yo were taking a real drug test they would have caught you. Diluted urine is very easy to detect. Whover gave you the test was turning their head I assure you. The only ways to really beat a *real* urinalisis is to 1) Take whatever IS NOT on the banned sbstance list, 2) Use probenecid to mask the steroids, but they also test for this drug too, so really its worthless. 3) Clean out about 3 months out before getting tested. Aside from Deca (nandralone decanoate), you should be in the clear. 4) Use Human growth hormone, as much as you want, it is undetectable.

The test I have seen - do test for creatinine and that is how they determine if the sample is legit or not. But you are correct in that the more expensive test - check the specific gravity and temperature.

As far as prices. the NCAA runs a couple of differnet test. One test which test for the 10 most common anabolics and for the t/e ratio which cost about $105. And a test that check for about 30 different anabolics, which cost about $250. Then their is the expensive test which the IOC uses (but I seriously doubt the NCAA uses) that will cost $1000 plus dollars.

So do you have any thoughts on tricking the test for specific gravity. (Besides injecting someone elses urine in your bladder)

You are correct to a point. But you can still dilute your urine and it will help. And as far as probencid, you are correct it is banned and tested for and the other products do not seem to work.

The 3 month clearance time you talked about. Can be shortened to 3 weeks with the proper anabolics and can even be shortened to 1-2 days with others.

HGH, you are correct at this time. But they have a test which is in the testing stage to determine the difference between exogenous and endogeous HGH.

I agree with you that perhaps not all NCAA test are up to the same standard as the IOC tests, but I do not believe in dummy tests...also, it's a moot point from the perspective of the athlete. You can't go into a test thinking "I hope this one is a dummy", and expect to pass. So it's really rather worthless info if you ask me. I do think that the tests that are given to NCAA athletes who compete in a bowl game is the same standard as the IOC. My evidence is this...inside one of the IOC testing trailers that I was in was a rose bowl pennant...this specific lab only performs one type of test. Probably not a Coincidence. The rose bowl was the national championship this year, so I can believe that there may have been added scrutiny placed on athletes. As for beating specfic gravity tests, I have heard two theroies, neither of which I would try. One... Eat plain Knox Blox gelatin cubes before a test. Gellatin is processed as a liquid (hence it's inclusion in liquid diets) and will allegedly cause the specific gravity of your urine to rise slightly. I don't trust this as far as I can throw it. To many variables (how much gelatin, how much time before the test, etc..)
The last option is to catherize yourself and inject either clean urine (yourself or someone else's), or sterilezed saline fluids from an IV bag. For obvious reasons...this is not an option. I don't see how this would work at all for IOC athletes, who are taken straight from competition to a testing booth. There is no time for this procedure, unless you do it before you comp, and then you have a bladder full of piss and a sore dick for your event. I'd just assume that you do what you have to do to come clean at test time...(I.E. give it enough time to clear) Chances are, if you've got it in you during your comp, they're gonna find it.

IOC style tests are no joke. If you participate in an 'Olympic' sport your NGB answers to their own international gouverning body and the USOC and the USOC answers to the IOC. Example: I am a bike racer, my races are organized by USA Cycling. USA Cycling answers to the UCI (international cycling union) and the USOC. These two organizations answer to the IOC. All these organizations have to have the same banned substance lists more or less. Sometimes there are issues where your NGB and IGB don't see eye-eye on suspension lengths. Basically your NGB agrees to a certain standard of testing by affiliating itself with the IGB. Follow me? So if you participate in track + field, cycling, soccer, swimming, Olympic sport etc...at the national level-you could be subject to an IOC type test. And this requires you to really do your research and plan any cycles out in advance. The best way to pass a test is to plan it properly so the stuff clears your system before the competition. The number one mistake athletes make is using AAS for competiton not training.

I believe the concensus hear is to pay attention to the clearance times to ensure a negative test.

BUT, if you are caught in a middle of a cycle. DO WHAT EVER YOU HAVE TO DO. Even if the diluted urine does nothing but buy you another day.

Also, keep this in mind.

Testing is very complicated and expensive. And the goal of the testing agencies is not only to ensure as little false negative test as possible, BUT to ensure that NO ONE is falsly accused of using anabolic steroids.

I think you're right. I beleive creatine breaks down into into creatinine.

Good information - I've rarely seen truly knowledgeable posts on this subject and never seen them from several people in the same thread.

Kudos

I've read that some of you don't believe that NCAA runs dummy tests. I would definately beg to differ. A buddy of mine got called in to piss while he was right in the middle of a cycle of a-bombs. He passed. Maybe I'm wrong, but I doubt they actually test everyone.

If they don't watch, there's the visine bottle trick. Cup it in your hand and squeeze it out with yellow gatorade and ammonia in it making it like your taking a leak. I've seen it work multiple times.

What about synthetic urine? Is this only good for immediate results drug tests such as narcotics or will this work for steroid tests performed in labs? I am currently tested by a lab in Florida by my employer. I am very uneducatedo n this subject but I do know per their website that they use a GC/MS test of some sort. If using klean urine, will they be able to tell by the test that it wasn't a legitimate sample?

You should add Creatine to your formula. Piss tests can get rejected based on dillution. Color (Use B Vitamins) and lack of Creatine (Take Creatine) are the two criteria for rejecting a test based on dillution.

How about... don't use/take anything that is going to cause you to fail any drug test you have even the remotest possibility of having to take? *gasp*

Well that's definitely the most sound advice in this thread but it's pretty disappointing how stringent the test I'm required to take is. I haven't taken anything but otc stuff the last few years but as we all know, even they will cause a positive test. I am even tested for DHEA so even Dermacrine is a no go for me.

Sounds like you need to move to a sterile environment where absolutely nothing is present haha
