How can I still lift for my back, chest, and arms, whilst not building the trapezius muscle? I want to avoid the rounder triangle look like the photo below, and aim for a more square-like straighter look. What are some things I should definately avoid?
I want to do everything to make my shoulders broader (left to right), and any vertical height makes them look rounder.
