Do you get rid of a toolbar placed on IE by adware?

I cannot get rid of this fucking thing and it's set to appear every time I open IE.

Anyone have any ideas?

I got rid of all the other crap it put on my machine, but the toolbar won't go away.

View..toolbars and uncheck it will get rid of it...then search for the name of the program and dump it.

I already tried all that. The toolbar options only make it disappear temporarily. Doing a search turns up nothing.

I had a similar problem on my machine, Adaware didn't find it neither did Spybot. I had to go into explore then search manually through my windows folder before I was finally able to find it and delete it.
