how should you take tribulus

hey fellas, ive got a question about tribulus. how should you take it?!?!? when?!?! should you take it on an empty stomach, after a meal? ive read you should take it during the beginning of the day.

they recommend a meal high in protein. I usually take mine with my protein shake or my small meal such as a chicken breast and some green veggie.
