I am at the tail end of a 10 week 400 deca/500 sus per week cycle. I just finished my 8th week, and my sus is going to take another week to get here, although I still have some deca leftover.
Here's my question, should I just end my sus and continue with the deca, wait for the sus then finish that off and extend my deca another week, or just close up shop and save it for my next go-round? The reason I may be leaning towards the latter is that my weight has really peaked over the past month, not gaining a thing, although I've had some strength gains.
I am starting to get this attitude of, 'the sooner I get off the sooner I can hit it again!'....and as a result see better gains than I have experienced over the past 3-4 weeks.
