How responsible is the UAW regarding Ford's situation?

btw i owned a ford. a 00 mustang gt. now that i think about it, one of the best cars i ever had. not one problem with it. but i really dont like ford other than that.

i believe among other things it is,atleast in canada i dont see them as a positive thing, even canadian ford plants are doing better then american ones, our laws are just more worker oriented i suppose

funny how toyota canada isnt unionized yet they are taking charge of the market unlike ford who is in trouble

HMMMM, have yo noticed anything else?

The prices are very close, yet Toyotas are selling better. You think that it might have something to do with Toyota having a better design? And how come Toyota isn't pricing their cars a lot cheaper than Ford?

How can that be????????

They don't have to deal with evil unions!!!!!

I'm so confused now.

Or maybe the unions have less to do with Ford losing money, than management does. ;)

We need to do everything the Japanese are doing, only faster and more efficiently. Japanese auto firms don't have unions do they? We should start by eliminating unions. Oh fuck, our country's too fucked up for that to help; our tangled political, moral, and economic thread is miles deep. Getting everything to change for the better will take generations.
