I've been eating this chicken from foster farms called lean thigh fillets. It seems to good to be true; 16 g prot, 3 g fat per serving - yet tastes amazing and is always super moist. I'm thinking it has way more fat than they claim..is there a chance they are straight up lying?

if it's not fresh, most package chicken is injected with flavors. That's why they taste so good.
