As far as I'm concerned being old doesn't mean anything only health matters. Are you healthy enough to put a large amount of stress in your body? If you have a tackle box full of bp and heart meds daily to stay alive then the answer is no.
I know a guy who is 72-75 years old who still runs test and some mild orals. No bs. He can do more pull ups at 70something than most guys on this site. Or in the gym for that matter. His wife kicked him out of his house because he still cycles so now he lives in the back of the gym. He built an apartment there lmao. I swear this is true!
