i work out chest back and arms one day then i alternate to shoulders arms and chest every other day and i take 2 days out of the week to rest which is monday and wednesday. I'm 5'6 and i'm 135 at the lightest and somtimes when i eat i weigh as much as 140 but it seems like i don't keep tha weight.
I want to try to gain more weight and mass yet be somewhat cut like i want bigger arms a bigger frame and pecs,etc.
As far as my diet i try to eat as many meals a day I eat like cereal and protein shake lunch i eat chicken rice and a variety of vegetables then dinner i eat chicken vegetables , rice and fruit and after that i have a protein shake.
I basically eat healthy and i don't just eat meat.
So what can i do to my routine to get better results?
