I did a controlled Mass phase for about 3 months, ( good results )
Especially Considering I got hit head on by a car just before that and LIVED.
I had less Core strength on account of the accident when I did the Mass phase but still did well.
I have taken a strategic break where I go to the gym alot LESS ( just to maintain) and RUN more.
Running out side is really Something.....
I had really forgotten how much better it is then the Tread Mill.......
Just wanted to remind you guys that its hard the first 2 weeks but then you get used to it........really try it again if you used to do it.
