How often do you do.....

every morning... treadmill just walking 45 minutes at a brisk pace.... of course i have a treadmill at my house and a big screen so that makes it easier.
 
I do cardio at least 3 times a week, typically 4. 3 of those running, sometimes a good hour of basketball substituted for a run. I also ride my bike about 1 mile to and fro to work 5 days of the week.
 
6 days a week. 45 min @ 75 ~ 80% MHR. So far, almost 7 months of that... try the low impact thing first... otherwise your knees will regret it
 
Treadmills and EFX machines.

Bulking: 15 minutes a day to warmup.

Cutting: 30 minutes a day + lifting + swimming on the weekends.
 
right now (except for the last week...) HIIT 4 times a week and on Saturday a nice 45 minute walk on the treadmill. Once it gets nice and I get my sled I will be doing more cardio outside.

I have done, I think, 6 cardio sessions since Jan 3
 
Wow, you are all more motivated than I am. I'm lucky if I get cardio in twice a week. Though I do active things outside too, I get alot of exercise from things other than lifting and treadmills.
 
2x per week??

...I do need to start...well..I was gonna say "start back"...but I guess start is a better term
 
30 Min light cardio warmup "every" morning I go to the Gym (usually 3x week)
2 X a week I do an additional 1 hour of heavy cardio ofter lifting.

Mostly Eliptical or Stationary bike due to bad knees.
Occasionally I'll do high incline fast treadmill walking.

I go to the park and run with my dog. People look at me funny, but they're usually the ones that get winded running after the ice cream truck.
 
In the gym the Elliptical is the best way to go. I just set it on one of the hill programs for 30 minutes - listen to music and maybe read a magizine. Time flies if you have something interesting to read.

next thing I know I'm done and there is about a gallon of sweat all over the floor.

I love basketball for cardio too. Just sucks trying to play after just finishing lifting.
