i've read the thread as well. lately, my lower back is feeling a little tight for a couple days after i dead as well (i maintain good form though). i'd like some advice on this as well. i'm using deads as my 5x5 exercise, maybe this is too much? spatts (or anyone else), what would you advise, rep/set-wise?gmanlax7 said:yes deads every week have been great. adding thickness and width and i would hate to have to cut down but it is this thread that has me thinking
