If I dont get at least 8 hours of sleep, I put off training untill the next day. Rest is one of the most important parts of bodybuilding. I have never understood why people go out and spend thousands of bucks on cycles and gym memberships and not invest more into quality sleep. Xanax is one of the worst things you can take. I does not allow you to get into the deep stages of sleep. There are several good drugs out there that work much much better.
