i usually get 7-8 hours, i always have to study at night though and always have morning practice at 630 am so its rough sometimes u know.... i sleep like a baby in the summer though
I slept about 9 hours yesterday!!!! My body finally just crashed. Went to bed around 12:30 and woke up about 9:30 today. God I needed that. Feel a lil groggy though. Nothing a little eca stack won't fix though.
On average i'll get about 6-7 hours or so, I get to bed around 10:00 or 10:45pm and get up at 4:45am to go to the gym. Life has been really hectic lately, me wanna sleep more!
