how much should i take

How many cc's a week of deca and winny are recommended for my first cycle? My stats are 6', 235 lbs, and 20% bf.

600 is usually the dose that most people take of deca. 300 per shot , 2 times a week, mon and friday. you wanna run your winny e0d 50mg. I'd run winny the last half of your cycle. If this is your first cycle, you can run deca 1 shot every 7 days, maybe front load it 2 or 3 times a week for the first 2 weeks, then back it down to 1 a week. if not, just go 2 times a week. I ran up to 100mg of winny e0d, but i eventually stayed at 50mg..

You mat get by with EOD, but I like the results taking 50mg/day of the Winny.

You should drop some BF before using Winny, or you likely won't notice any extreme if you have a high BF. I'd Drop the winny and run Deca with Test @500mg/week.
