I am strictly trying to cut bf right now. I am at 182 and 13% and want to get to 9%. I am using 500mg cyp/wk + 1mg dex/day in order to help preserve the muscle I have and perhaps harden the muscles while building a little strength. I am NOT looking for size and am going to obviously be at a caloric deficit on a daily basis. I am just curious if I am still lifting enough. I do:
30-35 min cardio every morning on an empty stomach
lift T Th and Sat nights (sometimes only 2x/wk)
50-60 min cardio M, W, Th, Sun nights
I feel like 2-3 days is enough right now as I should be focusing mostly on diet and cardio, but kind of wondering if I might be wasting the effect of the test at all?????
