How much less is you incline compared to your flat bench??

I use the bar for flat, dumbells for incline so its hard to tell. Right now I am benching 315 for 8 -10 reps, and inclining 10 reps with the 125lb'ers. The funny thing is my close grip bench is within 10lbs of my flat bench

Incline Bench: 225x20 275x10 315x3 340x1 (This may change tommorow!! haha)

Flat Bench: 225x24 275x12 315x7 325x5 335x3.5 365x1

Not too far behind, only by a few reps, and considering I havent tested max on Incline much, its probabally very close, since 340 was pretty easy on incline.

You're a goddamn maniac for putting up that kind of weight beast.

Same for me.

I haven't inclined in a few months, but it was always at least a good 50 lbs under my flat bench if I remember correctly.

My incline, close grip, and flat bench are all within 10lbs of each other. I don't really do flat benching anymore though.
