How much it cost for a COTB membership?

I sent an email a month ago to become a COTB again and It was never answered. I dont think they sell them anymore, I think they give them to people for good deeds done, on the boards which is cool however I paid alot for mine in 08 and would have paid that again for one now, however again, I think they give them to people that do a good job on the boards. A COTB is normally a few hundred for a few months worth however my wife can do much better then this.
