How many times a week should you work out each muscle group? Also how many sets per group? My workout routine now is monday chest and tri's- 12 to 15 sets each. Example 5 to 7 reps x 5. Then tuesday backs and Bi's. Wednesday rest. Thursday shoulders legs. Friday or Saturday A medium weight full body workout 6 - 8 sets per body part. CRITIQUE ME.
