on a ckd diet i'm at around 120 grams of fat per day, 4 tablespoons udo's, 3 tablespoons olive oil, and the fat from everything else i have ---- 1 can tuna (2.5 g fat), 6 ounce turkey burger (13.5 g fat), 10 ounces chicken a day (?).
carbs are between 60 and 85 a day(depending on training days and including all foods, vegetables, shakes, and condiments).
protein is between 180 and 205 (depending on training days)
in all @ 2250 calories a day. i am 5'5", 204, @12 - 13 bf.
is this too much fat or is the breakdown good? i always feel pumped, rarely flat, but not loosing as fast as i figured. the #'s posted here are new and will be started monday, i cut my calories 200 a day to see if excess protein was the problem, i was at 230 a day for the most part.
any opinions/experience?
