I read 10 G of GLutamine a day was correct amount for those involved in weightlifting,after more than a year of taking a seperate glutamine sup(along with other sups) I started to get stomach aches,bloated,etc.By process of elimination I found out,and added up all the Glutamine in protien powders,etc,and found I was taking in close to 30 G a day of glutamine,cut back and now stomach better,can any of you verify correct daily intake?
