Is there an average for gh??

Based upon which lab you use, males between the ages of 25-39 will be 114-492 ng/ml. Not to sure on the range < 25 yrs of age. If I find out, I will add it to this thread.

There is some disagreement in the research on this question. The suppression is not complete, as with synthetic testosterone usage, and is much shorter in duration.........a matter of hours, not days or weeks.
I have seen one study that indicated some residual suppression lasting 12 to 24 hours. Most reports are of a shorter duration. Either way, if one injects exo Gh early in the day, he can still benefit from the biggest surge in endo GH prouction, which occurs in the first 2 hours of REM sleep.
