How much Fructose in brand name breads

An ingredient in almost all the brands of bread that I've seen at the local supermarket is High Fructose Corn Syrup. I'm wondering how many grams of fructose per slice of bread. The brand that I buy has 7 grams of sugars per 28 grams of carbs. Does this mean that just about all of the 7 grams is from high fructose corn syrup...which would mean it would have 3-4 grams of fructose?

There's no way you can tell that by looking at the label. All you can tell is if there's more HF corn syrup than sugar in the bread. The "sugar" might also come from "hidden sugars" in the ingredients list or any milk products that might be in the bread. If you contact that company, maybe they can give you more specific information.

IMO

7 grams of sugars = HFCS + dextrose + fructose
