How much does you house go for on the open market?

The Cost of Living in Texas is relatively low. My house in Central Texas was completed one year ago. 5BR, 3Bath, 2100 sq ft with fireplace and 2 car garage. I paid 92K.

Holy crap...that is awesome. Here in Michigan it would probably run at least for $250,000

OR MORE... I am looking to also buy my first house. I am in SE Michigan, and you can barely touch ANY house worth a damn under $125,000.
 
2700 sq. ft. 3/4 bedrooms, 3 full baths, Dining room, Living room, kitchen, large hallway upstairs, smaller hallway downstairs, study, breakfast area, and an unfinished basement and screened porch and large front porch with columns and a carport that is not included in the 2700 sq.ft. Bought it 15 years ago for $70,000. Had it appraised about 5 years ago and it's value was $165,000. Good section of town. All I need now is a nice three car garage and I will be set. I need a "man cave" for myself to get away from it all! I live in South Carolina.
 
4000 sq ft. with over 1400 sq ft of tile, 5 bedrooms (2 master suites, one is my office downstairs), 3.5 baths, formal dining and living room....... dining room = the GYM, game room (that gets used 2-3 times per month), huge kitchen and family room, 3 car garage on a little over an acre.

We might make some serious ass cash if we decide to sell. They have the same house we do but they knocked out a wall and made a huge ass master bathroom upstairs.

What is our house worth? I don't. When we bought it, it was appraised at $325K in 99. I had it appraised a year ago at $375 so it went up 7 - 8% each year. Since they are asking $610K for the house down the street I am thinking we should ask at least $425K. They have some serious upgrades that we don't but, hell $175 - $200K can buy lots and lots of upgrades.

I am looking in the Central NJ area, but i am open to moving out of state as long as it's near the shore so that i can surf.

I am looking to Finance a 300,000 home and put a 100,000 down payment on it with in the next two years.

Damn man you must be making some serious bank to save that kind of cash in such a short time. Weren't you jobless not too long ago? Pimping must be paying big$$$$$$$$ these days.:D
 
3 bedroom 1.5 bath 2300 Square feet. Just got it refinanced worth $410K. Paid $275K 3 years ago. Unless your looking for a house with wheels stay out of central jersey. Cap I'll get you a great deal on a house in the Poconos
