It is truely amazing how much it costs to live in NJ compared to your house in Houston that costs 80K.

Where you you usually surf and how often do you get there?

I usually go every other day, and I go to Galveston island which is like 50 miles from downtown Houston(where I work), and 27 miles from my house. I want to move there, and live "right near the beach" but I'm not sure what will happen.
My uncles house is like an hour from the beach in Jersey, I surfed there last summer, I really don't remember what break I surfed, but it was close to Seaside Heights, and then we went to a place called Wildwood.

You were probably surfing the Lavellette break near Seaside heights. Wildwood's ok but the best breaking in NJ are Manasquan inlet (where i lived last summer) and Long Beach Island.

Naw it is about 120k in South Texas building cost is anywhere from $62 a ft to $80 depending on fancy floors and molding. Just curious what area are you looking in? With the price you quoted it has got to be cali, colorado or the new york area?

I just got my house reappraised in November....and it gained considerable value after finishing the basement, adding vinyl siding and a deck.

2 acre lot, sq. feet? (no clue without looking) 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, 2 car garage, deck with hottub, rec room with gas fireplace....$190,000.
