I'm eating like crazy and I just dropped 5 lbs. Don't know how it happened. I haven't touched a treadmill. I'm 195 now. I want to get up to about 220.
 
Back in April this year I was 340 (6' tall).

Worked my ass off since then and am now down to 230 and am still losing fat and gaining muscle.

Still too much fat, but it is going.
