I'll give you 12 bucks and some rubber bands.
You can't get shit for it. You can donate it to the hospital and they will gladly charge some poor schmuck oodles of money for it, but your dead.
Or the mafia can whack you on the head, cut it out of you and, again, sell it, and they may give you a tub of ice and a note saying "Thanks for the kidney".
