How much do I intake in protein poweder

WUz up everyone. I been reading everyones postings and replies for the longest and you all helped me a lot.
Now i got downfrom 180 to 150 ibs and 8.3% b/f on my stomach(last time i checked was 5weeks ago)

Now i want to start to bulk up some more then I am right now to eat up that baby fat. You know, that pinch of fat on the nipples. I want to bulk up my chest more so i'mma start to take protein for the first 3 weeks and then mix it w/ creatine after.
I still want to lose weight and get down to 5%b/f on my stomach

Protein powder contains a lot of calories. My question is do i take all 150g of protein powder right after the workout or do i split it up to give my body a chance to burn some of the calories off.
I know you have to take 1.5g of protein per pound of body weight but that is to much cals. So i'mma take 1g per pound of body weight.
So do I take it all at the same time right after my workout or do I divid it up and take half after and the other half later in the day. Rememebr, I'm using it to bulk up my chest and arms up more and still lose more weight.
Which will give the best results. Also, which protein powder brand is the best for you?????

bro, how many cals/day are you eating? Even if dieting you should be taking in 1500-1800 cals/day. There is no reason that half your calories couldn't be protein.

You should already be eating 5 or 6 meals per day. The protein should be evenly distributed through all of your meals. Your body can't process more than 50g or so of protein at one time.

Judging from your post you are going to have to do some serious work on your diet. It isn't hard to get down to 9-10% bf (measured with calipers) but beyond that your body starts fighting you and tries to burn your muscle. You'll need to figure out your diet unless you want to look like an anorexic when you hit 5%.
