How much Deca do you use?

test as base always...build your cycle off test and add fromn there

I'm starting to plan my next cycle and wanted to know what dose you guys use and how long you run it for?

I'd also like to know what you guys stack it with and what were the results?

400-600mgs ... usually stacked with test/sust


add in some dbol or drol for the first 4 weeks and it should work nicely for you

If I start will a low dose how long will it take for me to feel the effects? I guess I want to know because if I don't feel anything at a low dose within that time frame I would up the dose a little.

i feel joints support with in few days, deca for me in full effect takes about 3 weeks

400mg Deca stacks well with 500mg Test & can be run for the duration of a normal 12-14 week cycle. Some advocate tapering out of deca before the end of the cycle but as Deca stays active in the body for up to 18months, there seems little point in doing this. It is very hard on the axis & will shut you down esp at doses over 600mg PW. These doses need to be used when stacking with other compounds & orals & where test is dosed higher.

It depends if you use npp or long.
Npp is very quick, the long ester it takes weeks but you can always up the dosage

for the last time 250mgs is the sweet spot, i dont see the point of 400 or 600, 250mgs is PERFECT , even omega will confirm this
