How much Deca do you use?

I see that doses are all over the place.

If I start will a low dose how long will it take for me to feel the effects? I guess I want to know because if I don't feel anything at a low dose within that time frame I would up the dose a little.

Any thoughts on this?

I front loaded for 2 weeks at 800 followed by 10 weeks at 600. also did 500 sustanon ew and 30 mg d bol first 4 and last 4 weeks. Cycle kicked ass but it was hard coming off. I didnt use HCG and made it rougher then it had to be.

400mg/week is good, 600mg max for heavy frequent deca users.
