How much Cardio?

When on a cycle, how much cardio should i be doing as a minimum. Im not training for competition, but ive heard its bad if you dont do any? Any suggestions?
 
There really isn't a specific number I could give yoyu, just make sure that your doing something to maintain good cardiovascular health. I assume your running a bulking cycle. I'm in week 3 of my bulker and I make sure to run on an empty stomach 3-4 days a week for 3 miles. If your worried about burning too many cals while trying to bulk, keep the cardio and just up the amount of cals.
 
If your bulking then do NOT do a cardio/empty stomach thing. If your bulking EAT EAT EAT!

Now cutting is a diff story as the AS will help you retain the muscle while the cardio burns the carbs/fat.
 
Im not solely bulking up, i dont want to look puffy and get a gut, i would ideally like to keep my BF% fairly low, but im not expecting a chisled physique.

3 times a weeks is good enough. Although when im dieting I go 5-6 times (am cardio)
 
i try to get at least 30-45 min, 5-6 days a week when im cutting. for bulking, maybe 30 min 2-3 times per week.

Cardio is variable on your goals. When you're bulking, cardio is unnecessary, when cutting you'll need to tailor it to your fat-loss needs.
 
Yeah but some people tell me you MUST do some cardio whilst on gear to prevent fat building around your heart, is this true or a load of crap?

fat around your heart? If you're on gear, the training alone will increase fat burning and your heart conditionining. I wouldn't give these steroid death myths too much discussion time IMO.
 
Your heart gets very fat from steroids at first and then the steroids start to build the heart muscle. The heart muscle becomes so powerful that it pounds through your chest like the Alien and scurries away to hide so it can later reproduce.

so thats what that was.....
 
Did a cutting cycle once and lost 30 pounds in 9 weeks without doing any cardio. I never mess with cardio, its all diet for me. Staying at around 10% or a little less right now.

I stand by this.....you should be doing some kind of cardio activity.
