There really isn't a specific number I could give yoyu, just make sure that your doing something to maintain good cardiovascular health. I assume your running a bulking cycle. I'm in week 3 of my bulker and I make sure to run on an empty stomach 3-4 days a week for 3 miles. If your worried about burning too many cals while trying to bulk, keep the cardio and just up the amount of cals.
