Currently running bulk cycle...keep in mind it's my first so I'm being very consevative.

Test e 250 weeks 1-10
25mg dbol weeks 1-4
Forma threw out
Unleashed post cycle pct

Monday- chest&bi
Tuesday-back&tri
Wednesday-off
Thurs-legs
Friday-shoulders
Sat-off
Sun-off

3500 cals a day eat very clean
1 cheat day

Wondering were to put in cardio and how much. And advice on my split, cycle, ect.

Hey bro,
You only ever need to do enough cardio to get warmed up. Spend the rest of your energy lifting iron!
Seriously lifting the heavy weight burns way more cals for a longer period of time then any cardio will.

what is your current weight? might want to up the cals and protein. or at least be prepared to eat more and more as the cycle goes if necessary

for your first cycle I would do 0 cardio.. grow grow grow.

what about your heart?

and endurance on really hard squats or deadlifts?

What would you suggest sub zero and what's off limits food wise when bulking

i wouldnt neglect cardio all together, and just eat more if you need to. you cant lift 7 days a week, so iv always filled in my off days with cardio, even if it is light (usually intervals, or some sprints)

i always eat 100% clean. i just eat more or less, of the same foods

Good advice from subz

I know you're bulking, but the easiest way to get ripped is to not get fat in the first place.

Eating a "bulking" diet with no cardio is asking for some fat gain. Especially if you are already ~15% or more bodyfat.

I'm personally not a fan of traditional cardio so all my recommendations are out of the norm to the standard bber. If you're looking for the traditional bber cardio, then a 30-40 minute walk before breakfast a few times a week is a good way to go.

I like to do "finishers" after my main workout for conditioning. Crossfit type body weight meticons, strongman drills, javorek complexes, kb swings/snatches, jumping rope, etc. All of these will have specific carry over to what you do with the barbell and outside the gym with every day tasks. Plus a lot of this stuff is fun and challenging. It builds mental toughness and testicular fortitude. Two things you need when grinding out heavy high rep squats and 5RM deadlifts.
