OHHH icic..i mean like running, dnacing, skipping, i do a whole lota things to burn crazy calories, regardless of the exorcise.. but mainly those three..some times pound the shit of my boxing bag!! i was doin it 4 times a week.but to me it doesnt seem enough!! probably the fact taht it is fun!!... are there any other good cardiovascular exorsizes that i should and could be doing?
