how much cardio does it take to burn muscle on gear?

I was a college baseball player. I played on an Arkansas-Louisiana All-star team that played overseas. I can still easily dunk a basketball with two hands at 230 pounds. I am a competitive bb'er. Any more questions?

outlaw - I like you bro, and I hear what ou are saying, but the comment about the 260lb skinny kid is out of line......no possible way. Now, is it possible to take a kid who's an ectomorph and pump him up to a solid, ripped 200lbs? Sure......drugs play a nice role, as does diet, training, and lifestyle.....I've been on both sides of the specturm and I am pretty confident I can compete with pretty close to anyone as far as dedication.....I mean fuck, I havent missed a meal, cheated, missed a plan day in the gym (6 days), skipped a cardio session (7 days), in years.....it's not that easy.

I completely agree with this! There probably isn't a guy on this board who is a RIPPED 260 pounds, maybe one or 2. I know Radar is a big cat as is Galaxy. It just isn't that easy. I'm not using genetics as an excuse, hell I have good genetics and look better than most who have trained for 20 years. I'm not at all complaining. I am just stating that they have a bigger role than anything else.
 
OK, less than 2 years ago I was 165lbs at 13%bf, In aug I will be on stage at most likely over 200 with 5% body fat or less. Anything is possible if you work hard enough. With out genetics someone may damn sure never see their pro card but they can sure as hell come close. I think it all comes down to the individal. Some have to bust ass and watch everything they eat while others can scarf fast food all day and still pop out striations. Life isnt fair, if you want something bad enough you'll get it. Within reason of corse.
 
35LBS Is clearly reality, as I posted earlier....however, 100 is not. THere isn't a pro out there with shitty genetics. We all know that. Frankly, 99% of us have more to live life for than just training........we arent getting paid, therefore within reason needs to come into play. I've passed on too many dinner opportunities, too many nights out on the town, too many bday parties just to ensure I get my last meal in and a quality 8 hours of sleep (whic I still dont get, lol)..........I'm only 28 and my lifestlye is the number one reason I'm still single.......to bring a woman into my life and subject her to the torture I endure daily is, well, let's just say I havent found one yet, capable of understanding my/our insanity.....

than i'd like to see you get a white person to run the 100 m under 10 sec.

you can have all the drugs and years of training you want.

Understood. We simply dont agree on this subject. Bottom line, end of story. Im not gonna sit and throw insults back and forth with you guys. I still respect and agree with many of your views on this board. And I respect your view on this subject, I just simply dont agree with it.

I don't know him from Adam, so I can't vouch for his comment other than, it's true. There has only been one caucasian IN HISTORY to ever run a sub 10 second 100m. But, we are getting away from the topic here.........
