how much cardio does it take to burn muscle on gear?

Eat fat on slin and see what happens, obviously youve never seen "redemtion" or "New, improved and beyond". "What pro's do doesn't even come close to applying to us". Do we not work out the same amount and have the same amount to loose during competition cut. Were pro's always pro's? Come on what a rediculous statement. Why do millions of people by Flex then if none of their opinions are valued. Im laughing my ass off right now. Yea we are not pros. But the majority of us are bodybuilders or at least wouldnt mind looking like they do, they obviously have figured out what we dont know. Why not take there same approaches to cardio. I'll remember to try a nice long jog if I ever decide to become a marathon runner, or some windsprints when I try out for the NFL. But for know ill stick with what 90% of all competitive bodybuilders do.

No, they haven't always been pro's, they have always had pro genetics though. They are walking pharmacies, I am not. PEOPLE BUY FLEX BECAUSE THEY ARE UNEDUCATED FUCKING IDIOTS! It's nothing but recycled bullshit, they try to fool all the people into thinking they can look like Dennis James by doing his arm routine, there is no mention of drugs. It's not that pro bb'ers have figured out things we don't know. It's that they have incredible genetics and use huge amounts of drugs year round, coupled with not having a job, eating constantly, and sacrficing everything in there life at the expense of bodybuilding. Keep laughing, hopefully you compete. I hope you're doing the Missouri, I am.

Prety much sums flex up....
I like muscular development its entertaining.
I do admit when i started i was the one doing the 30 set arm routines and sipping 10lb barels of cell tech and nitrotech.

Anyone who attempts those crazy training excersices and sets listed in there is bound for failure. I was talking with a an olympian(siler medal) and a pro once...they were laughing at the whole concept. Same goes for the crazy 4 hours of cardio theat the pros alegedly do. They are on so much gh and t3 igf that they dont need much if any. These guys have genetics supperior to 95% of people in the world. Coupled with a walking pharmacy and hard training, eating and recovery ...that is why they are pros.

LMAO, awesome post!

Seriously, anyone bringing FLEX into their argument IMMEDIATELY loses all credibility. It's good he's laughing, I know I am.

Here we go again with the genetic B.S. I dont know what you guys refer to as genetics. But I think you may be confusing anatomical stuff (how a persons muscles and skeletal frame line up, etc.) with a persons ability to build, hold, carry, and burn muscle/fat. You cant change structual/anatomical genetics, but to use genetics as an excuse as to why a pro can burn more bodyfat than somebody else is complete bull shit. They take a lot of drugs, and that takes out much of the genetic factor in things. That's the whole reason for using the drugs, otherwise you wouldnt need them. A guy can bust his ass for 10-12yrs and finally make it to be a pro and everyone wants to use the bullshit excuse that he got there and they didnt because he had freak genetics. The truth is they put forth the time and dedication to get there and you didnt.

Again, before someone tries to give an example as to why genetics are the ultimate reason for everything.... let me state again, I realize that someone can put 20yrs of hard work and do everything right and still never make it to be a pro, despite having a huge amount of muscle mass. But that's probably because of anatomical genetic factors. If your chest doesnt line up right with your shoulders, or your leg muscles are fucked up in their structual shape there's nothing you can do about it. And because of it you'll probably never be a pro bodybuilder.

LOL! I remember doing the same shit. I didn't even know steroids existed and I was so frustrated that I couldn't look like those guys. Bastards had me fooled! I'm glad you're paying attention to reality apparently a few people don't like to delve into that.

Thanks bro! I'm just trying to keep it real. Any mention of Flex magazine immediately loses me, what a joke.
