Personal best for myself was three years ago....hit 885 for a single @ 272....
Now I don't do more than 495 for reps.....the ol' knees just can't take the heavy lifts without an ACL.![]()

Pretty crazy. It is like being able to pause bench more than you can touch and go. I'm not sure I've ever heard of anyone else being like this.

Gambino said:B-fold, yeah bro I squat more on a box than a reg squat. The box I use is a milk crate with a piece of particle board, so that bitch is fairly low, well below parralel. I feel that I can get a wider stance with a box, which helps me with leverages. As well, the pause gives me achance to dig in and it helps me get back up. I b.squat about 430, roughly 15 more than normal. I need to get a good belt, wraps, and a suit...I feel my numbers could go up considerably...
