Geez, I dunno. Last thing I had to clean-and-jerk was an HP Proliant DL380G3 with a full load of drives. (google, google) 40Kg empty, that's 88 pounds; plus eight drives, two power supplies, call it 110 pounds loaded.

Mrs. Digger just told me about her day at the gym -- she was doing leg presses, some guy finished up on the machine next to hers, had his headphones in and wasn't paying attention -- popped fifty pounds of plates off his machine and put them on HERS, in mid-stroke no less. How often does THAT happen?
