I have two rooms at one house (grandmothers) but I'm only there two nights a week. My g/f's place is 700 square feet and it's totally not enough for two people. I need a place where I can get away and be alone, hence the two places.

I told her straight up if we get a place together it needs to be two bedrooms plus maybe more so we can spread out.

Well luckily this place has high ceilings as well and I really don't mind cleaning so much. 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, one even with a bidet. Here are some pictures of the place:

I live in about 600 sq ft and I live by myself. I pay just over $1600 and I could use an addtional 100 or 200 would be nice but I am fine. In H.K I have seen some 400 sq ft places going $$$.

I am fine, easy to clean and under ground parking with a nice pool so I am happy

Jesus H you people, this is a place I'm, looking into getting. This means I'm NOT moved in yet. I want something with a lot of sqfootage...not sure if this may be too much though.
