As many as I want. I work for my mom (I do the AR/PR for a nursing home) She lets me work 15 hrs/week but pays me for 40.

I got all of this the day I was hired, which is exceptional. However, I haven't taken a vacation in three years because of a lucrative profit sharing plan.

Where i work you start accumulating sick days on your date of hire and you earn 1 day per month or 12 per year. They will allow you to accumulate up to 20 and they also allow you to take them before they are actually earned. (pretty nice eh)

For vacation days, we get 2 weeks the first year and 2nd year; 3 weeks the 3rd year; and 4 weeks every year after that.

I get 2 sick days per month and they accumulate up to 365 I believe and 4 weeks of holidays per year.

Anywhere from 0 hours to 40 hours, it's up to my manager's discretion. We don't have an employee handbook, and we are a multi-national corporation. Our company really cares for us.
