Depends what youre into
If you want to build muscles then you need to do lower reps and higher weights
Eg For muscle Building
Each body exercise, start off with a level 5 weight (your own level 5) and do 12reps, then increase the level to 6 and to 10 repetitions, then increase to level 7 with 8 Repetitons, then increase to level 8 with 6 repetions. Remember to rest 1 minute in between sets. When youve finished the level 8, go straight onto level 10 and increase your reps to 12 again with no rest in between this set and the previous
If you want to loose weight, simply decrease the ammmount of weights youre lifting and do more reps like about 20/15
