How many of you got taller after 19 yrs old?

nothing significant
but I'm usually 1/4 inch taller in the mornings, if that helps
easy with your gutter minds. during sleep your spinal disc pads decompress a little so you're actually tallest first thing in the morning

What is this about Armidex and growing taller? Where did you hear this? and how long would you have to use it to see results? I have never heard of this, but possible if used in early teens...then it would stop the estrogen from closing the plates. But what about us who are a little older? Can we still benefit from the height growth that you say it offers? Thanks bro.
