How many of you can't run (cuz of pumps) on Winstrol, etc .. ?

Can you jog while on winstrol,fina, etc.. or are the pumps too intense ?

I've never had any problems with winny, then again I've never used more than 30mg/day till this cycle. Fina alone I can handle up to 100mg/day, above that the pumps in my calves and shins prevent me from even walking at more than a moderate pace. Fina + dbol and you can forget deadlifts. And MY GOD, 600mg/week of tren enanthate and I had to drop it 4 weeks in b/c I couldn't train more than 3-4 sets of almost any exercise without my ROM dropping to maybe 70degrees. And BBF... these are from PUMPS, not cramps bro, I take several times the RDA of all those minerals and electrolytes, that has nothing to do with the pumps. Now if I had overdone the lasix those would help with a little water, but otherwise, the pumps are there to stay with those drugs.
 
Ummm, hate to burst your bubble but stretching doesn't help either, at least not for most people. The pump is caused by lots of blood flooding the working muscle. Stretching during exercise can be dangerous, and I've never found it effective personally. Stretching after exercise is worthless for pump-reduction b/c you're already done lifting. The only thing you can really do if your pumps get too bad is cut carbs a lot( bad when bulking), lower dose or change drugs, or just wait a few extra minutes between sets to let the pump die down a bit, keep it under control. That's what I end up doing on deads and squats when my lower back gets too tight, it's the only thing that's ever worked other than just not taking tren and dbol together :)

100 mg of tren a day? Wow... 25 mg a day works miracles with me. You must be a monster on 100 mg a day. What are your stats like?
 
I started taking winny/dbol last friday, 30mg of each, along with 1000/mg of milk thistle. Before you guys go flaming me for not doing a needle, I've just finished a year and a half of hormone replacement therapy because I have a pituitary gland tumor. During that time, I took a shot every week, non-stop, not by choice, but because I had to. So, I'm a little bit over shots for a while. But, getting back to this thread, I worked out my legs last night for the first time since I started taking these. I normally warm up 2 sets, one at 185, and another at 225, then i start my real sets. Last night, after I did my 225, my legs felt useless by my third set, normally at 275. My quads were so tight, that it hurt and I had to stop. I went around and worked on hamstrings, calves, and abs, then I came back and tried again. This time, I started with 225, and could only muster 3 reps because of the pain and tightness. Am I not drinking enough water, or is this to be expected? My last cycle, I took 250mg sus/week, 200mg eq/week, and dbol for the first 4 weeks. I experienced none of this that time around.
 
winny doesnt give me cramps....it gives me monster pumps thats all...and no i cant run on it before my legs are killing me

people that are getting cramps are dehydrated and are lacking the vitamins BBF mentioned....winnys clinical job on dogs is to dry them out cause of ademia..if im not mistaken
 
Never got the "monster" pumps on winny. D-bol...yes. They were monster pumps. I did get a LOT of cramping on winny but that was before I started taking potassium,magnesium, calcium. After that, no worries. Also, you guys seem to forget that winny seems to be the numero uno choice for track athletes and they seem to be doing just fine running and sprinting on this. I don't know why some of you can't walk up a flight of stairs without blaming it on the winny's "pumps". B/S in my book.
 
its not cramping. Its the fact that your muscle growth greatly outpaced the ability of the phasia to expand to meet it. As your calves, more than likely your shins, get radicly pumped, they are like trying to blow up a hot air baloon in a closet. It's called Compartment Syndrome, all sorts of info on the net, hit google.
 
BBF... my stats aren't too impressive right now, 5'5" 185lbs and about 9%bf, just ending a very mild cycle with 30mg/day winny. When I was on the tren and dbol I topped out around 205lbs with 11-12%bf but I dieted too hard and lost some of that muscle later. This winter/early spring I'll probably push back over 200 again, but much heavier than that at my height I just don't feel right... plus it's hell finding clothes, I need to ask Lee Priest where he shops :)

why is it BS?...cause it doesnt happen to u....oh thats right i imagined the enormous pumps i get from winny while running....do me a favor guy, speak for yourself

im in the military so i have to run 5 days a week and it fucks my runs up big time. jees i must have imagined it..thanks for the heads up
