How many mg of deca a week?

Im running 500mgs of eth a week how many mgs of deca should i run...its a 250mg bottle..

If your decca is 250mg/ml then I'd do 2cc's EW.

What if I wanted to run decca for some joint relief only, would 275 mg/wk be enough with 600mg/wk test cyp.Or even for some joint help should I up the dose?
