how many inches is your bicep?

I'm not trying to be a fucker.

I measure flexed at the peak of the bi. Is that correct?

I need a better photographer.

Yes correct. It also depends on your bodyfat. You could have 18 inch arms and ripped would look MUCH bigger than a 18 inch fat arm.

Yep...playing with 225 on your close grip presses and 90 lbs on the skull crushers is not going to get you very far.

But year round gear use will, right? Seriously bor, not everyone is benching 800 lbs like you...I see big mofos using this weight quite regularly, it works for some...

Year round gear helps, but I use low doses and there are some guys ont eh board who cycle and use mor total mg in a year than that with 16" arms.

Now you are absolutely right about some big guys using the lighter weights, but you might want to obversve their training year round. Alot of them periodize or do both light and heavy workouts in teh same week. The guy with the 20" arms at your gym who you see doing 4 set of 15 on close grip presses with 225, might come in once every two weeks and do a set of 5 reps with 405 or even a routine where you works the weight up and drops reps every week for 8-12 weeks. I have workouts where I use #20 dumbells for my bicepts and do slow, controled dumbell curls in the 20 rep range with 30 seconds between sets. Most of the guys I've met with 20+ in arms do alternate very light and very heavy arm workouts in one manner or another.

Yep. Have noticed that first hand. Its abit disapointed to bulk up then trim down and find your arms are actaully a couple of inches smaller than you thought.

Gamnio- also I train bi's and tri's both at least 3 times a week.

I was 18.5 but have been trying to cut up for current river in a couple of weeks..... or is it next week??? anyhoot, I look bigger now than a month ago.
