I didn't want to be the first to throw the BS flag up, but I've always been at least somewhat symmetrical. No matter what else, my biceps and calves have always been pretty close. Some folks are freaks I guess?
And how do you even hold the weight you'd need with 13" forearms?
But I'm looking at you, Deteras et al and you guys keep giving numbers like 18 and there is no fucking way my bi's look as big as that. Even before writing that last post I measured 5 freaking times to make sure I wasn't doing something wrong.
I measure flexed at the peak of the bi. Is that correct?
